		<description>Sorry didn&#039;t see this till now. Email and other electronic transactions are actually governed by a statue. To be honest I haven&#039;t read the statute, but from preliminary knowledge, such transactions are valid and enforceable. I have no idea through which jurisdiction though. Also, given that the statute is based in Ontario, it only applies in Ontario, and if your electronic contract is governed by another jurisdiction...well, you see where this is going.</description>
